To the Mature the Master Calleth

The Gospel of Luke shows the situation that surrounded Peter and James and John leaving all to follow him. When Jesus was on the shore and the people pressed against him to hear his word. He asked Peter could he stand in his boat. Then he asked him if he would thrust out a little from the shore. Then after he had finished teaching he said to Peter go let down your NETS for a drought. Peter let down ONE NET and he had so many fish that he could not contain them. Then his net broke. He beckoned for his partners to come help James and John. They drew so many fish that the boat began to sink. Then they left all and followed him. Is God calling you to follow him. Maybe had Peter fully obeyed his fishing business would have contuially stayed. Being able to hire more men in his place. Just a thought, stay in grace, for we know we walk by faith. Lol! He proved to them he was well able to support them. Those who know down in there hearts, he’s been calling you to start, on your journey and follow him, leave all behind. For at his banqueting table you shall work and you shall dine.
Luke 5:5-11

5 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,

2 And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.

4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.

7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

9 For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:

10 And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.

11 And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.

He’s Alive!

The greatest celebration in life, the day that I received Jesus Christ. For from then till now, and evermore, his child I am, his precious lamb. But pause today remember, yes. A bitter price, he paid. His life’s blood was that random price, upon the cross he gave his life. That cross, a bridge for you and I, to reach the Father err we die. How dark and drear that ransom paid. But now he’s risen from the grave! To all who will, they can receive, eternal life if they’ll believe. He’s not dead, he’s yet alive. Ohhh celebrate the Risen Christ

Luke 24:3-9 New King James Version (NKJV)
3 Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. 5 Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, 7 saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’”

Forgiveness

Forgiveness
Its very important that we learn to forgive. As we walk through this life, from time to time situations will present themselves to you that can appear to be wounding. As a young child in the Lord or even as a maturing adult. There are those who simply don’t care if they say or do something offensive. But as long as we keep in mind, that they aren’t being governed by the Law of Love as we are, we can successfully maneuver our souls to safety. God will try to remind you that he will take care of this if you give him the opportunity. But you must start making efforts to retain these things in your knowledge. Remember No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17. God can take the situation and turn it so that they will apologize, or remove them if necessary. He can also cause their hearts to be soften and they will want to follow you in your walk with Christ. It all depends on what your mental attitude is. But Satan would like you to hold a grudge. That in itself can become costly. We are not to be governed as the world is governed. When you refuse to forgive, it suppresses the light and the help that you could receive is hidden from you. But if you will forgive and keep a pure and loving heart, the Lord himself will fight for you. They are being governed by hurts and things that have offended them. Sometimes misunderstanding occurs that trigger their offense. We who are accountable to this Law Of Love, must become skillful in the word of righteousness so that we won’t be moved away from the Father’s guidance. Remember the words of Jesus: Luke 10:19 King James Version (KJV)
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. That can refer to people trouble as well. This being the case, we can rest and be assured that God will keeps us. And that in his perfect peace if we keep our minds stayed on him. Isaiah 26:3
Great Peace have they that love thy law and nothing shall offend them. Psalms 119:165 Center your focus and attention in the Law Of Love. You will find out that it never fails.1 Cor. 13:8
By forgiving those who have caused an offense, you keep up your guard, your shield, your defense. The place that God has set you in shall not diminish, no it will continue to increase on your part to the finish.

Peace that Passeth All Understanding

It’s always a privilege to share with you, the marvelous truths of God to you. Through his Son’s sacrifice, he put together a bridge, so we could be his family,
And that we would be able to live; as God’s son’s and his daughters, his very own kids lol. Oh yes it is such a privilege.
If you have been with us awhile. You have come to know that this site was created for your advancement in things pertaining to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; The ONLY way to the Father, the ONLY way to life. Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by me. That’s found in John 14:6. So by all means if your new, ask Jesus to come into your heart right now. He’s been waiting for you to get to know him. He’s ready to make your acquaintance.
Well, we’ve been talking about learning to live like a child of the King. Look through the teachings that I’ve previously posted. Go through them again and again and again. They will build into you comfort, confidence, and a quiet assurance, that God is for you, and he has planned your complete success in this life as his son or daughter.
We started looking at the book of John. Keep reading it and incorporate the other three Gospels. You might say that is a bit much. Lol However, the word of God is comparable to food. If we stopped eating, eventually we would become to weak That’s why everyday we eat certain vegetables, certain fruits, certain meats and starches. In doing this we ensure that our strength will remain. So your heart or your spirit needs God’s Word to remain strong daily. I see you’ve got the picture. Lol!
Okay Peace. Let’s talk about the peace of God that passes all understanding.
From the Old Testament to the New Testament. God made his peace available to any who would follow closely to him. You’ve probably heard the story of Adam and Eve. They were the first family that God had. Everything they had together was sooo wonderful, Adam was God’s running buddy. He didn’t have a care in the world. There was no care, there was no fear, there was no pain or suffering. It was heaven on earth. God had given Adam only one command. He said, you can eat Of every tree but the one in the midst of the garden.”He told him “if you eat Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you will die.” He also told Adam to subdue and have dominion in all the earth. He was made in the likeness of God and in his image. So he was a powerful being just as God was. Read though Genesis chapter 1-3. In Genesis chapter 3, one that was called Satan entered the flesh of a serpent and approached Adam’s wife. (Now this is the most important information in this post.) He began to share with them that God didn’t really tell them the truth. He then said, darkening God’s character; that God knows that if you eat from the tree, you will be like God knowing good and evil. But they were already just like God, they didn’t know evil. Now they had the authority to put him out because God had given it to them. But his wife took the fruit and gave some to her husband. Then immediately their eyes were open and they saw that they were without close and then came in, fear for the first time. When they took Satan at his word, they transferred their power and authority and dominion that God had given to them, into Satan’s hands. And from that point on, their Peace was taken away. Read through Genesis chapter 1-3. If you ever have wondered why there was so much pain, so much suffering, so much misery in the world; it’s because, man who was supposed to dominate everything in this world. But he turned his dominion over to Satan. And even though God had created all things, he put it in the power of his man. Now God was on the outside looking in, and he had to get man’s cooperation so that they could work together with him and he could cover and shield man from the ravaging affects of Satan’s influences. And my brother and sister it’s the same today. If we are willing to cooperate with The Lord, he will put an umbrella of protection around us, and we can walk in this life in his peace. Then when Jesus returns, for he is coming back, we will live with him in peace forever without having to resist Satan. For he shall root Satan out completely and what a happy day that will be. In the meantime the scripture says, Great Peace have they that love my law and nothing shall offend them Psalms 119:165 He said in Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace who’s mind is stayed on thee, because he trusts in thee Jesus said my peace I leave with you, my peace I give with you, let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid. John 14:27. Friends fill your hearts and minds with the goodness of The a Gospel always, and his peace will abide with you. Stay with me, you will learn that Jesus gave us that authority back. I will teach you how to use it. God be Praised!

The Holy Spirit and His Gifts

So glad that you are attracted to the most lovely of all. The Lord Jesus Christ.
There are no words in the human language that can adequately express his loveliness. That’s another reason why we speak in other tongues. When we can’t find the words that fit, then we switch gears for just a little bit. Lol! We start out in our natural language with adoration and praise, then in other tongues our spirits will say, how much we love him. Well, thank you once again for coming to this site. It’s dedicated to help you excel in this life. Sometimes when I teach or preach or write, the Spirit Of God will testify, through verse and rhyme a song or ode, and he’ll unveil how one can flow. Flowing in the power of the Holy Spirit Of God, is an honor and privilege ‘‘tis so sweet, his laud.
Let’s continue our discussion on the being filled with the Holy Spirit.
As you continue in the word of God, you’ll come to understand, that only having natural knowledge is a limitation to man. The Spirit Of God has gifts. He has nine gifts that are to be distributed as he wills to those of God’s children that will desire them. Let’s look at the book of 1 Corinthians 12. But first, Let me recap a little. In the New Testament, first we have the four Gospels; written by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These four writers wrote of the life and ministry of Jesus from their different perspectives. Then putting them together you have a whole picture. Then the next book is called the book of Acts. This books tells what the followers of Jesus accomplished by following the great commission. There were twelve disciples plus 120 more that heard Jesus say go into all the world and make disciples of all nations. Twelve of their names are recorded in the Gospels. One betrayed the Lord. He lost his place and position. Another replaced him and thus they started out. Then there was a dramatic conversation of one who had set out to destroy the followers of the Lord, but he had a unusual encounter with the Lord and set out to serve him. His name was Saul then it was changed to Paul. All this is found in the book of Acts. And in his journeys to fulfill the great commission, he brought the Gospel to several cities. He wrote letters to the churches he established. And most of the rest of the New Testament are his letters. You have Romans after the book of Acts; that he wrote to those Christians in Rome. Then you have 1 and 2nd Corinthians he wrote to the christians in the city of Corinth. I wanted to bring you up to date so that you could understand what the books or letters or “epistles” as they are called are. You will see other books or letters with the authors names on them. But I will stop there so that we can look at the gift of the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 12:8-11
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
Wow! Isn’t that exciting! These gifts are to help you as your following the great commission. You will want to read through the book of Acts, and see what great help they were in publishing the Gospel. You see, in the Lord Jesus’ ministry, these gifts were in operation. And the people were drawn to him because of them. In your life, as you learn to cooperate with the Holy Spirit. He will use you in very similar ways. Listen to what Jesus said about the gifts.
John 14:12
12 “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.”
Did you realize that Jesus wanted you to pick up where he left off? That’s exactly right. The early church begun these works but we the church in our generation shall complete them. Through diligent study of the word, and praying in your heavenly language. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you how to enter into the depths of service, and you will pick up where others have left off. The Good Ground Of Your Heart

So glad you’ve returned. It’s been my greatest Joy to share and to present the majestic glorious everlasting King of Kings and Lord Of Lords, Jesus is his name. Just consider with me for a moment, he wants to spend his time with you. That should send you dancing and leaping and rejoicing all the day through. He has sent me and others as ambassador to the Kingdom of Heaven, so that you can have a clear picture of his motives and his agendas. The scripture says in the book of James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
The more of the word that you study, the more you realize how much he desires to lavish his love upon you. But continue to walk close to him through prayer and your study of his word. He doesn’t want you to center your attention on the negative things in life. But on his goodness, and his ability to fix and change the negatives and turn them around on your behalf. In the Gospel of Mark, in chapter 4 we learn a key parable that Jesus says if you understand this one, you will understand the rest of them. A parable is a story that teaches a great lesson. Jesus spoke in parables many times to the crowds which followed him. Let’s look at the parable of the sower who sows the Word.
Mark 4:1
1 And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land. 2 And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, 3 Hearken Behold, there went out a sower to sow: 4 And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. 5 And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: 6 But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. 7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. 8 And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. 9 And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
The Lord gives the explanation of this parable down further in the chapter but let me sum it up for you.
The word of God that you are studying is the seed. Your heart is the ground the seed goes into. By continuing in his word; through study, meditation, then acting on what you receive, the word of God breaks up all that other stuff that is in your heart and roots it out. Then if you continue, it’s goes done into good soil now. ( this takes time just as a farmer wood plant seeds into the ground). At first, it looks like nothing is happing on top of the ground. But just like a regular seed, it breaks open underneath or in your heart. Then as you like a farmer continually water, keep the weeds out, ( this is done by thanking God that it is true.) then it begins to put do roots. You still haven’t seen any thing on the surface yet. But keep studying, keep meditating on his word and his word alone, that keeps the weeds out so it won’t be choked. Then you will get strong roots there. Speak only what he says about you and situations surrounding, and what you read won’t wither away. Then as you continue, first the blade, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear. You will see the power of his words transform you, situations around you, and a harvest of blessings shall be yours. That why Jesus said this is the most important parable of all. So make his words your words. So my dear brother and sister, keep walking hand and hand with God. Stay close tucked in to his bosom. That’s right you are being transformed by his word.

The Great Commission

Oh it’s so nice to see you visit this site again beloved. Are you thrilled at your encounter with the living Christ? I am so excited for you. And I know you’ve been studying. God bless and prosper you and crown all your efforts with success. It’s time to follow the great commission. Yes your ready now. You have been reading the book of John. And you began reading the other 3 Gospels; becoming thoroughly acquainted with our Lord and Savior. And I know you were obedient to him to be filled to over flowing with his precious Holy Spirit.
Each day now your practicing praying in other tongues after you pray in your regular language. Oh joy be upon you! Remember, thank God each day for those two prayers in the book of Ephesians. They are found in the first and third chapters, that he is continually opening your understanding and strengthening you with his mighty power and might. He’s a mighty God and well able to build you up an help you walk in all he promised. And also remember to thank God for every Christian that they receive just like you. For we are all the family Of God.
Let’s see now, the great commission is found in all four Gospels. Let’s look at it in the Gospel of Matthew.
Matthew 28:18 this time I left out saying chapter and the verse for this is the way it is written. To look up a certain passage the chapter is 28, then right after the colons is the verses that we’re looking for, verses 19 and 20
Matthew 28: 19, 20 (This is Jesus speaking to his followers:
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Let’s look at the Great commission in the Gospel of Mark as well:
Mark 16: 15-18
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
We see a little more detail in the Gospel of Mark than in Matthew.
Now every child of God is expected to share the good news. That means whether your a preacher or not, you can tell someone about Jesus and lead him or her into the family. Oh he has so much room for everyone who wants to come in. He doesn’t want anyone to be lost. God desires the earth to be filled with his children and the only way in is through Jesus. If you remember Jesus said in the Gospel of John 14:6, “Jesus answered and said I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me” So it is very important to inform those around, (following the direction of the Spirit ) and what I mean by that is that The Holy Spirit will lead you in areas that men will receive. He will prompt you on the inside to speak now about Jesus or he will prompt you to hold your peace. Once again study the scriptures and see that he can successfully guide you into the right areas and men will listen. In the book of Luke 10:2 Jesus said, The harvest is great but the Laborers are few. That means there are not many willing to share the Love Of Jesus, they keep quiet about it. He goes on to say in that same verse pray the Lord of the harvest, that he would send laborers into his harvest. Okay, we are to pray this prayer. But my dear brother and sister we are to be available in whatever walk of life we’re in to open our mouths and share that same wonderful life we’ve received. In doing so, we are serving God in more ways than one. We serve him in thanking him daily that his family is filled with wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. You see that part of the prayer In Ephesians chapter one and three. And now we are helping to increase the family of God by sharing with them what we have received. You don’t have to be well versed in the scriptures to tell how you received Jesus into your heart. But remember, you received the Holy Spirit to overflowing and have been practicing praying in your heavenly language or other tongues as well as in your regular language, so your well equipped. Lean on your Heavenly Father for his direction and you will receive it. Oh wow! I can’t wait to here of the testimonies you will share in the comments section. Okay stay alert God needs you. Work for him this way and you will receive what is known as a soul winners crown.
In the book of 1 Corinthians 9:24 we get a glimpse of it at as we run our race for Jesus Christ. Christ means the anointed one. Let’s look at this verse.
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. 25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. ( he’s talking about and incorruptible crown which the Lord himself will give us at that day.
When you win souls for the Lord, you will wear the most gorgeous crown. There are at least 5 crowns spoken of in the scriptures. Study much to find what belongs to you.

Let’s Get Filled

By now, you must be thoroughly excited about your new life as a child of God. Once again, I’m thanking God that you have found a wonderful church home that will help to nurture you and keep you growing. ❤
Let’s get filled with his precious Holy Spirit now. Oh but wait, let me show you the importance. When you received Jesus into your life, Your were sealed by his Spirit. That means your in the family for good! This is found in Ephesians chapter 1 and verse 13. If you recall, I had you read two prayers in the book of Ephesians that would help God open the scriptures in your heart. We are to thank him everyday for that. We are also to thank him everyday for all christians, that God has open the scriptures for them as well. That’s a good worker for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He’s proud of you and will reward you too. So let’s go on a little further.
The Holy Spirit of God is in your life now, for he has sealed you together in the family, But to be empowered to serve as you should, you must asked God to fill you to overflowing with his precious Holy Spirit. That’s right. There is a book called the book of Acts. It comes right after the four books written giving the account of Jesus Life and ministry. Those four books are called “the Four Gospels.” In the book of Acts, Jesus instructed those who believed in him not to leave Jerusalem till they would be endued, or filled with power from on high. You see he had breathed on them and they were sealed. We find this in John Chapter 20 and verse 22. But to these same ones that he breathed on he gave this command. The second chapter of the book of Acts gives the account of the Holy Spirit coming down to fill them with power so that they would be affective witness for him. What we mean by affective is that they would be able to accomplish the work that the Lord had them to do. If you remember reading through the book of John, you will remember Jesus say, in John Chapter 14, “I will have to return to heaven, but I will not leave you alone. I will pray to the Father and he will send you another comforter, that he may be with you forever; Even The Spirit Of Truth whom the world cannot receive, because they don’t see him, neither do they know him. “ He said the disciples knew him for he was with them but he would be in them. Then he also told them in John chapter 15, that when the comforter is come ( that’s the Holy Spirit) he would bare witness or tell of the truth of Christ. He will help you to communicate to others about Jesus and will give you boldness and courage and he will bring to your memory all Jesus taught. Then as you keep studying the Bible he will lead you in deeper ways to help people receive healing, and release them from all forms of oppression. And of course, lead them to receive Jesus into their hearts as well. He will also lead you in areas of protection.
Once you’ve asked God to fill you to overflowing, you will be certain of his presence, for you will be given a new language. That’s right. You will open your mouth and prepare to speak it. Then the Holy Spirit will help you form the words and it shall be so. This is called speaking in other tongues. Then everyday after you pray with your regular language, pause and pray in other tongues with your heavenly language. Praying this way is a spring board into learning more about your Father who is the Father of spirits. If you will do what Jude 20 says, to build up your most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit or other tongues, you will see the faith or belief your developing will increase and get stronger and stronger. Be sure to practice praying in other tongues in private for there are those who don’t understand yet and would ridicule. That’s right, but study the scriptures throughly and you will be able to lead them in as well. Jude is a book in the New Testament. There is a book called 1 Corinthians. In Chapter 14, read it for understand and be blessed. Oh, I will give more information of the Holy Spirit as you continue to engage in training as a disciple of our Lord.

Engaging in Training

Welcome once again. Now that you are firmly set in the family of God, by asking Jesus to be Lord of your life and come into our heart; you will want to become well trained and disciplined in your walk with him. This will ensure that he will be able to shower his blessings upon you. I previously mentioned reading through the book of John. Read it several times before going on to the other 3 books that describe Jesus’ life and ministry. Four writers were led by God’s precious Holy Spirit to give the account of his life and ministry. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Each one, giving a little different perspective but once you’ve read them all, you will have the whole picture. John let’s you down deep into his heart, his trials with those who were supposed to have represented God, and his dialogue with them, and his derisive that his disciples follow him closely. Okay, one more assignment for now. There is a book called Ephesians. It’s in the New Testament along with the four accounts of the life of Christ. There are two prayers; found in the first and third chapters. Read them. Then pray them for yourself putting your name in place of the Ephesians’ name. And thank God everyday that he has answered your prayers, and watch him upon your understanding of the text. Oh yes, pray those prayers for every christian you know and thank him daily for their knowledge. Thus you will begin to work for the Lord. Now I will present a section on being filled with his precious Holy Spirit and your advantage in doing this. Be blessed.
