But I have good news for you. Remember when Moses held up his arms while the children of Israel fought with the Amalekites? His arms became heavy and he began to weaken. But Arron And Hur stood beside him. First putting a stone under him so he could sit down, then holding both his arms up until Joshua completed the task of conquering the Amalekite. Today we have the Spirit Of God on the inside of us and he he will quicken your mortal body, meaning giving strength or making you lively and any assignment given you, as you go forward, you remember him that is within. And you can all Upon him in the midst of an intense project knowing, that the strength of God is on reserve for you.
Exodus 17: 11-
\u202611As long as Moses held up his hands, Israel prevailed; but when he lowered them, Amalek prevailed. 12 When Moses\u2019 hands grew heavy, they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it.
